Dracarys Finance LLC arranges commercial financing between businesses and third-party lenders and investors. We do not lend money or make credit decisions. Financing is subject to the approval and terms of each lender.
Several states, including New York and California, have laws that require providers of certain commercial financing to give the business a disclosure of key terms, such as the total amount, the cost of financing and the payment schedule, before the business signs. Where these laws apply, you will receive the required disclosure from the financing provider before you sign. Read it carefully and compare offers.
We are usually paid a fee by the lender or investor when your financing is funded. Where required, the amount or method of our compensation will be disclosed to you.
All financing we arrange is for business purposes only, not for personal, family or household use.
