How Dracarys Finance collects, uses, shares and protects your information.

Dracarys Finance LLC (“Dracarys Finance”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a commercial finance broker based in New York, NY. We help businesses, mainly restaurants and their suppliers, find financing from third-party banks, SBA lenders, private funds, alternative lenders, investors and buyers. We are not a lender. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through dracarys.finance and related communications (the “Site” and our “Services”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
By using the Site or submitting a request, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Use and Cookie Policy are part of it.
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, call, text, email or message us (including on WhatsApp), you may give us:
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and error data. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from other sources. To process a financing request we may receive information from lenders, investors and funders, credit reporting agencies, identity verification and fraud prevention services, bank-data connection services you authorize, referral partners, public records and online sources (for example, business listings, reviews and menus).

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use advertising cookies (for example, Google or Meta advertising tags), which may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws. You can opt out at any time with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
When you submit a form and provide your phone number, you agree that Dracarys Finance may contact you about your request by phone call, text message and WhatsApp, including by automated means. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining financing.
Calls with our team may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping, where permitted by law. We will tell you at the start of a recorded call where the law requires it.
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Site, analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the Site is used, and advertising cookies (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags) to measure and show our ads. When you first visit, we tell you about these cookies. You can turn off analytics and advertising cookies at any time in “Cookie settings” or with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for that browser. Some browsers also send “Do Not Track” signals; because there is no common standard for them, we rely on GPC and your cookie settings instead.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the Site and access limits for financial documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or bank login details, through our website forms or by unencrypted email. We will tell you a secure way to send documents when you need to.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you, and after that for as long as required or permitted by law, for example for tax, accounting, legal claims and regulatory record-keeping. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, state laws (including in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states) may give you rights to know, access, correct, delete and port your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling, and to appeal our decision on your request. Some of these laws do not apply to information collected in a business-to-business context or covered by federal financial privacy law; where they apply, we will honor them.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, California residents (including business owners and guarantors) may request: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected; the categories of sources; the business purposes; the categories of third parties we disclosed it to; correction; deletion; and to opt out of sale or sharing. In the last 12 months we collected the categories described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial and financial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, professional information and, for owners and guarantors, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, used only to process financing requests) from the sources in Section 2, for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them to the recipients in Section 4. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. California’s “Shine the Light” law also lets you ask about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not make such disclosures.
How to make a request. Write to Cyrus@dracarys.finance with the subject “Privacy request”. We will verify your identity by matching information we already hold, and we may ask for more. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide your signed permission. We respond within 45 days, and may extend this by 45 more days if needed, with notice. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy appeal”; we will answer within the time required by your state’s law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our Site and Services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
The Site is intended for businesses in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
The Site may link to websites and services we do not control, including those of lenders and partners. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site before they take effect.
