1. Our commitment

Dracarys Finance LLC wants every restaurant owner, manager and partner to be able to use dracarys.finance, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. We work to keep improving the Site for everyone.

2. Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with visual, hearing, motor, speech, cognitive and other disabilities.

3. What we do

• Pages use a clear heading structure and semantic HTML.
• The Site can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
• Form fields have text labels, and errors are explained in text next to the field.
• Text has strong color contrast against its background, and the layout adapts to phone, tablet and desktop screens.
• Text can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
• Decorative images and ornaments are hidden from screen readers; meaningful images have text alternatives.
• The Site has no flashing or auto-playing content.

4. Known limitations

Some parts of the Site, or content provided by third parties (for example, embedded tools or documents from lenders), may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We review the Site regularly and fix issues as we find them.

We aim to reply within 2 business days, and we can also help you complete a request by email or WhatsApp.
